As votações para a edição deste ano dos NEMMYs terminaram e está na altura de anunciar os vencedores. Houve batalhas renhidas nalgumas categorias, com a disputa dos primeiros lugares a variar quase diariamente durante grande parte do período de votação. Mas agosto terminou e estão já decididos os conquistadores do pódio de cada categoria, com mais de 450 participações dos leitores do Séries da TV.

À semelhança do ano passado, Game of Thrones arrasou com todas as categorias em que estava nomeada, incluindo as de “Melhor Season Finale”, “Melhor Cena de Luta” e “Melhor Vilão”. Destaque também para a nova série original Netfflix, Stranger Things, que arrecada o título de “Melhor Estreia 2015/2016” e para Prison Break, que se revela a “Estreia Mais Esperada” da próxima temporada televisiva. Person of Interest, que emitiu este ano a sua 5.ª e última temporada, foi considerada pelos nossos leitores o “Cancelamento Mais Injusto“.

Nas categorias de louvor negativo, destaque para Fear The Walking Dead, que se revelou a “Pior Estreia” do ano e ainda conseguiu vencer a categoria de “Personagem Mais Irritante”.
